Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on a server of Hostinger International Ltd. located in Germany. When you open a page, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser type and operating system. This is required to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

Analytics with Umami

For analytics we use Umami, open-source software we host ourselves on our own infrastructure (stats.elvision-studios.com). No cookies are set and no cross-device profiles are built. We record pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device category and clicks on our contact buttons. The IP address is not stored. The data never leaves our infrastructure and is not shared with third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-preserving statistics under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact via WhatsApp, Instagram and email

There is no contact form on this website. If you write to us, it happens through WhatsApp (+49 1577 3840073), an Instagram direct message, or email to contact@elvision-studios.com.

WhatsApp and Instagram are operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you message us there, Meta processes that communication under its own terms, over which we have no influence. On our side there is only a link: no data is transmitted to Meta unless you click it. Afterwards we know your phone number or Instagram profile and the content of your messages. You can delete the chat or block us at any time.

We process your message in order to answer it and to assess a possible collaboration. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the communication once it is no longer needed for those purposes and no statutory retention duty applies.

Fonts and external content

All fonts are served from our own server. No Google Fonts are loaded and no external advertising or tracking services are embedded. This website holds no application database and no sign-up form.

Transfers to the United States

The controller is a US company, so personal data may be processed in the United States. Access by US authorities cannot be fully ruled out, and the level of data protection may differ from the European one. If you would rather avoid that, please do not contact us through the channels above.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@elvision-studios.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Germany the authority of your federal state.
